The Software

Smart Mobile Device Management (SmartMDM) for GDPR Secure Evidence Collection

SmartMDM Software collects and securely stores video evidence from the Hytera Body Cameras either directly via USB cable or via a multi-charging dock. SmartMDM is password protected, ensuing that only authorised personnel only have access. 
 
Administrators can then review, manage and share video evidence simply and efficiently. Easily find data by user name, date, media type & customised tags so that evidence files can be retrieved via keyword search. For robust data security, SmartMDM allows for the management of customised permissions to different users, allowing varying levels of access based on the user's role. 

The Multi-unit Docking Station 

Automatic evidence download - When you dock the Hytera body camera, the MCA22 allows the footage to be automatically transferred to your chosen secure folder through the SmartMDM software.

Simultaneous Download & Charge - Each dock consists of 6 stations + plus 6 additional battery charging slots. This allows for the charging of 12 batteries per station.

Connect Multiple Docks - Up to 3 x docks can be connected to a single PC to allow simultaneous video download and charging for 18 devices (36 Batteries).

The camera lens can be rotated so that the screen remains hidden or facing outwards towards the subject. User's of varying heights will be able to use devices like the VM685 and VM780, using the rotating screen to film at an optimal angle in any situation.

Auto-save on sudden impact

If a Hytera body camera detects a sudden impact, the camera will save the footage and automatically mark it up as 'important'.

Pre Record

Keeps a recording from a defined period (e.g. 20 seconds) in its short-term memory and adds it to the start of the recording if a user is unable to react to an event in time. This feature also helps to provide additional context to a recording. 

Post Record

Keeps a recording from a defined period (e.g. 20 seconds) in its short-term memory and adds it to the end of the recording, in case of any unexpected incidents occur after recording has stopped.

Colour Screen

Evidence can be played back on the screen (protected by password), or the device can be worn with the screen facing outwards as a deterrent to antisocial behaviour and crime.
